Announcing the Release of FPS Sustainability Report 2025

FPS is pleased to announce the publication of the FPS Sustainability Report for 2025, highlighting our achievements and commitment to sustainability and transparency in the flexible packaging industry.

Key Highlights from the 2025 Report:

Achieved Ecovadis Platinum, ranking in the top 1% with a 91/100 overall score. Recovered 1,913 tons of plastics from the market for recycling and 1,000 tons of big bags for structured reuse programs.

– Our emission reduction and net-zero targets were validated by SBTi standards, confirming alignment with the latest climate science and supporting global efforts to limit warming to 1.5°C.

– Wind turbines generated 1.81 GWh, avoiding 787 tCO₂ emissions annually, while our solar panels generated 448,296 kWh of electricity.

– Launched the FPS Carbon Tracker for product-level footprint reporting capabilities.

Our Circularity Hub received a UN Global Compact Sustainability Award Recognition.

– Women represent 46.6% of FPS’s global workforce across all regions, and all FPS sites hold Great Place to Work certification across operations.

– Delivered 123,456 hours of training to colleagues and contractors worldwide. 100% of colleagues were covered by Occupational Health and Safety management systems company-wide, and 100% of operational sites underwent employee health and safety risk assessments.

– Approximately 17,000 children aged 3–6 accessed safe water via WaterSafe program.
