1 & 2 Loop FIBC
Safe packaging solutions for bulk loads
1 & 2 Loop FIBC provides optimal efficiency, is cost- effective, easy-to-handle container for agriculture, fertilizers, seed, cement, lime, fish feed and other applications.
Main benefits of 1 & 2 Loop FIBCs
- Ease of handling, with a self-supporting single or double point of lift.
- Superior cost-to-weight ratio of up to 20% compared with four-loop styles, typically enabling the transportation of 1,000 kg of product with up to 0.5 kg less plastic packaging.
- The design may be standardized, enabling higher levels of automation and manufacturing efficiency.
- 1 & 2 Loop FIBCs are particularly suitable for packing on a roll. FPS pioneered “Bag on Roll” (BOR) technology, which is increasingly the preferred system for supplying packaging products to automated filling lines.
- 1 & 2 Loop FIBC bags demonstrate a proven commitment to reducing waste and energy consumption while identifying alternative solutions that support sustainability.
- While the outer polypropylene (PP) fabric allows for the safe handling and transportation of high safe working loads (SWLs), the PE inner liner provides moisture protection and preserves product quality during storage and transit. We can offer film with up to five layers.
Top and Bottom Constructions
The designs of FPS's 1- and 2-Loop FIBCs consist of an outer bag with either a single or double integral lifting loop configuration. Coated or uncoated fabrics are available depending on your requirements. Liners are inserted to give additional moisture protection depending on the product and application.

- High resolution printing up to 6/7 colors per side
- UN coded bags (X or Z coding)

- Tubular or bottleneck liners suspended or glued

Our Testing Laboratories
Our state-of-the-art, in-house laboratories ensure compliance and conformity to agreed specifications covering the entire production process – from incoming raw materials to finished products.
A few examples of our testing capabilities
- Incoming materials and semi-finished products: melt flow index (MFI), mechanical properties (e.g., strength, elongation, etc.), UV resistance, surface resistance, MVTR
- UN test for Dangerous Goods: top lift, drop, righting, topple, tear, and stacking tests
- Specific test for PE liners: (DART PE, blowing test, strength and elongation, friction )

FPS' bags comply with the PPWR requirement stating that packaging must be recyclable by 70% by 2030: today, our standard 1L bags are already 100% recyclable.
FPS delivers most of its single-loop bags in its FlexiGreen® version, which consists of 35% post-consumer recycled content.
