R&D Testing Centers
Our R&D Testing Centers are state-of-the-art, in-house laboratories that ensure compliance and conformity to agreed specifications covering the entire production process – from incoming raw materials to finished products.
A few examples of our testing capabilities:
- PP/PE Resin ; Melt Flow Index (MFI)
- PE film; Tensile strength, Seal strength ,Thickness, Surface Resistivity, Breakdown Voltage, Puncture Resistance, Gelbo Flex Durability, Dart Drop, Tear, Coefficient of Friction, Oxygen Transmission Rate
- PP yarn and Fabric; Tensile strength, Elongation, UV resistance,
- FIBC
- Electrostatic ; Type C compliance and Type D ignition test according to IEC 61340-4-4 standard
- UN Tests for Dangerous Goods; Top lift, drop, righting, topple, tear and stacking tests.
